We will continue to operate a ‘By Appointment Only’ system for visiting our properties and development sites, and we also recommend that you contact any estate agents that are selling properties on our behalf to find out their protocols regarding social distancing.

We will maintain our hygiene, cleaning, and safety measures; including the provision of hand sanitiser for both staff and visitors and ensure the anti-bacterial cleaning of all surfaces and areas that may come into contact with both visitors and our employees.

New Homeowners

While we are taking every effort to minimise disruption and ensure safety to anyone looking to purchase a new property, for new homeowners there may be delays or extra provisions that need to be considered in terms of snagging/repairs. For any questions or queries regarding this you can contact our dedicated Customer Care Centre, details are available via our Customer Care section online.

Visit us Virtually

As throughout the restrictions, we remain ‘virtually’ open to help you move too and are on hand to assist you with any information regarding our developments and properties, all of which are available to view here online and via our social media channels (Facebook / Instagram).

We hope to soon be in a position where we can fully welcome you back through our doors without any restrictions at all, until then we want to ensure that everyone who visits a Sanctuary development can do so feeling safe and secure.
