Homes at a major Glastonbury housing development will be going on sale this month.

Sanctuary Homes is building more than 130 properties at its £18 million Kingsfield development, just off the A39, for a variety of tenures including shared ownership, affordable rent and open market sale.

The first phase is being launched on Sunday 19 May at Glastonbury Town Hall from 10am until 4pm.

Prospective buyers attending will be able to reserve properties as well as speak to sales advisors and find out more about the development.

Sanctuary is working with appointed contractor ENGIE to deliver a total of 133 homes by the summer of 2021.

In total, there will be 30 two-bedroom, 61 three-bedroom and 12 four-bedroom houses, as well as 30 two-bedroom apartments.

“Kingsfield is a significant development for Glastonbury and one that will enable first-time buyers and families to own a home in a picturesque location.
