Sanctuary Homes has successfully completed the sale of all of its 46 homes at the Chase Park development in Ellesmere Port.

Around £7 million has been invested in the shared ownership and outright sale properties at the former greyhound stadium on Thornton Road, where Sanctuary worked in partnership with housebuilder Galliford Try.

It marks an important milestone in Sanctuary’s programme to deliver new homes across the region.

Lyndsey Wilson, Area Sales Manager, said: “To have sold all 46 homes at Chase Park is something we are extremely proud of and is testament to the efforts of our sales team.

"The homes at Chase Park have proved very popular and we’re delighted to have contributed to the local housing market".

The properties at Chase Park comprised a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and formed part of Galliford Try’s wider 141-home development.
