We’re pleased to announce that Sanctuary have been highly commended in the “Best Partnership – 0-100 homes” category at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2023.
Our entry for the award was The Parade, a fantastic development project consisting of 16 brand-new apartments for affordable rent, as well as a GP surgery and health centre on land next to the existing Parade Enterprise Centre in Blacon, Chester.
With work commencing in 2020 following delays due to the pandemic, the scheme has been of great importance to Sanctuary, as the additional affordable housing and health services is a major benefit to Blacon and the wider community.
The GP surgery and health centre are a welcome addition within the Blacon community as it allows residents access to medical facilities on their doorstep, whilst the apartments provide a boost to the availability of affordable housing in the area.
