For those who have already purchased a new home with us, our Customer Service Centre is on hand to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

From our construction partners who carefully build your home through to our expert Customer Care Teams who are at the end of the phone, we are there to ensure that your new home is as exactly as it should be. Even when you have moved in, we are still with you!
We provide every new home purchaser with a Home Owner Guide which gives information about looking after your home, your home warranty and what to do should you need help. We are just a call away should you need any advice.
Shortly after you’ve moved in, we will be in touch to make sure that you’re settling in well and also to ask you to complete your Home Owner Survey.
Sanctuary operates a New Homeowners’ Survey to help us gather feedback from recent purchasers.
New homeowners will receive this survey 8 weeks from completion of your sale and we would be very grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey to tell us about your recent experience with us.
